The most interesting characters that bring you in are ones that you can't read at first glance, ones that take time to understand. The gradual exploration of characters is my specialty, adding features to them that we can find a narrative in. I find interest in the variety in paths of lives that we walk as humans, and hope to capture our complexity in my designs.At the same time, we're attracted to people who share the same energy as we do. Many people strive to cultivate an essence that says everything about them, especially when making a content platform, and I am able to do just that.

I specialize in creating designs that are full of magic and excitement. Though we may be restricted by gravity and physics in the real world, who is to say that the same goes in the 2D space? Typically I start off with a number of objects that could best represent the character you have in mind, and take steps into incorporating those characteristics into a cohesive design. From there, we can work with what you like about them and refine it.

I have always found interest in finding reasons why environments look the way they do, and why our eyes are drawn to certain objects or things that describe a character or setting’s narrative. Being able to emulate that in my own work for video games is something that I enjoy constantly trying to figure out - how can I explain why, without directly doing so?
